This dynamic program provides real-time interaction and intervention with executive and technical teams. It is used with teams who are having difficulty accomplishing specific results and to more quickly attain effectiveness as new member(s) are added to the team. The coaching focuses on human dynamics (thinking, feelings and behaviors) and uncovering the unproductive habits, practices and processes that are getting in the way of the team’s ability to produce expected outcomes. The goal is generating an improvement in team and individual performance and results. Team coaching uses a variety of tools that will help the team reach its goals. These tools are used “real-time” within a team meeting as the members experience difficulties or break downs.
