This coaching option begins with two days of one-on-one immersion with Nancy to develop your vision, values, mission and strategy. Creating of customized action and accountability plans keep you focused and on track. The program continues with regular, scheduled sessions to move you toward your ambitions and aspirations. The meetings also provide an opportunity for you to think out loud with an objective listener to create the outcomes you want.
